Return Policy
- Full credit will be given for shipping errors and products damaged in transit, provided the error or damage is reported to us within 24 hours of receipt of the product.
- Once a package is received and “signed” by the customer, legal ownership is transferred to the customer, and customer is responsible for the product.
- All returns must be authorized in advance by a Manager, as well as, have a Return Authorization Number. Return box must be marked with “RETURN” and the Return Authorization number clearly written on the box. After receiving pre-authorization, to receive reimbursement for all eligible returns, all product should be shipped pre-paid to: Pharmsource, LLC, 123 Newman Drive, Brunswick, GA 31520
- Any unauthorized returns will not be processed for credits.
- We reserve the right to not accept bulk returns, returns from inactive accounts, accounts with outstanding balances or accounts in the process of closing.
- We reserve the right to return or destroy products that are ineligible for credit or are sent without prior authorization.
- Products sold as "Brand", “Short-Date” and/or “Closeout” are not returnable.
- A 20% restocking fee will be charged for all product returned after 5 days from receiving date. An additional 10% fee will be charged for every week thereafter.
- Returns outside policy guidelines will not be accepted and no credit of any kind will be issued.
- Products damaged due to improper storage, handling, flood, fire, and/or disaster will not be eligible for return.
- Repackaged products or opened containers are not eligible for return or reimbursement.
- Product recalls will be handled in accordance with the instructions provided by the manufacturer.
